Abstract:

         Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an important tool that helps modern organizations improve their performance and achieve better results. This study looks at how AI can support institutional excellence by reviewing theories related to organizations, innovation, and knowledge management. It explains how AI technologies—such as data analysis, machine learning, and smart automation—can make operations more efficient, support better decision-making, and help create new services. The paper also discusses how using AI can match with key areas of excellence in institutions, including leadership, employee development, flexibility in operations, and performance evaluation. Through reviewing recent academic work, this research highlights both the benefits and the difficulties organizations may face when using AI in their strategies. The study presents a model that shows how AI can become a key factor in building long-term success and competitiveness. This work adds to the growing discussion on digital transformation and gives institutions a clearer path for using AI to support ongoing improvement and excellence.
