Abstract
This paper examines the urgent challenges and opportunities facing Egypt as it seeks to prepare its workforce for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). This digital transformation is looking to shape most economies across the world, and it is an opportunity for inclusive growth in Egypt that strongly aligns with the state's Vision 2030 goals. However, the widening skills gap adds an urgent threat to the economic and institutional structure. stresses the importance of strategic investment in human capital, accompanied by education reforms that are flexible and future-proof, paired with a balanced focus on both technical skills and soft skills, and the level of adaptability for innovation, continuous learning, and self-motivated skills improvement in a digital world. This paper adopted a quantitative approach to analyze the factors to the implementation of digital transformation and the shaping of workforce readiness for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the Egyptian context. The collected data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods. Concluded that collaborations among educational institutions, governments, the private sector, and civil society are essential for co-creating responsive programs, promoting digital inclusion, and establishing supportive systems for entrepreneurship and innovation, including incubators and tech-based startup support, Egypt can transform the 4IR's challenges into workforce development, increased productivity, and sustained economic prosperity.
